New forms of media

I have always thought of literacy as being educated in the field of English. Now a day I think that it is important to be educated in technology. I think that in today’s society where the realm of technology is vastly growing it is vital that we get educated in that field. The thing about this class is that we have learned a lot of stuff that I learned when I was in the tenth grade and to be completely serious I do not think will help me when I get into the real world. Now the skills that we can learn from these other forms of media will help us when we get into the real world. This is because we have not been exposed to these forms of media before which means that we would be learning something new. I think that the English classroom is an excellent place to experiment because we write so much that there are a lot of times that we are given the opportunity to expose our writing. If we are to scared to experiment and use these other forms of media then people are going to lose their interest. There is no reason to stay in the past.
